T.L. Raines is currently the Manager of Digital Production and Operations at Bath & Body Works in Columbus, Ohio. She has over 10 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in the retail industry.
In her career, she has worked with such notable brands as:

• Victoria’s Secret
• Justice (Tween Brands)
• Sunglass Hut
• The Limited
• Dearfoams

While in college as an undergrad at the University of Kansas, T.L. became interested in health and fitness. She worked part-time at two gyms while in school and even thought about changing her major to medicine, specifically kinesiology or nutrition. T.L. also volunteered for several kinesiology experiments in college.

One of my favorite movie quotes is by Elle Woods from Legally Blonde: 

Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't.

After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, T.L. began her career as a Marketing Coordinator at an educational publishing company. This role introduced her to the wonderful world of the web, as part of her duties was to maintain the content on the website. While she had limited HTML and desktop publishing skills, she learned on her own through reading books and taking courses at the local community college. T.L. gravitated to the digital space and forged a career path that has kept her immersed in the space ever since.

In addition to being a passionate e-commerce professional, T.L. has never lost her enthusiasm for health and fitness. She enjoys yoga and cycling, and just staying active to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She kicked all fast food and soda about 10 years ago and enjoys coming up with delicious smoothie ingredient combinations. Her next journey is to learn how to meditate effectively, as she believes that healthy living affects the mind, body and spirit.

T.L. lives in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio with her husband of 15 years and two daughters, Nya and Kayla, and an Old English bulldog named Roscoe.  She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication is currently seeking a second masters in User Experience.
