She is an avid cyclist, yogi (lover of yoga), and Dodge ball player. She started The Healthy Journey blog to help others realize the importance of investing in their overall health.

T.L. lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Curt, their daughters Nya and Kayla, and Old English bulldog, Roscoe.
